Insurance & Coverage Information

We are currently in-network with:
  • Aetna
  • CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
  • Cigna
  • Johns Hopkins Healthcare (EHP and USFHP)
  • Tricare East Select (certified out-of-network providers)
  • UnitedHealthcare (Optum)

For all other insurance plans, we can provide you with a detailed invoice so you can submit it to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Our team will assist with insurance verification; however, we also encourage patients to verify their benefits directly with their provider to avoid any unexpected costs.

Out of Network Rates and Non-Covered Services Fee Schedule

Services:

  • Initial Intake Rate (60 minutes): $240
  • Therapy Session (50-55 minutes): $210
  • Psychological Evaluations:
    • Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation including ADHD diagnostic assessment: $3,500-$5,000
    • ADHD Screening: $1,500
    • Private School Admission Testing (Cognitive): $600
    • Psychoeducation (Cognitive and Achievement): $1,200
    • Immigration Psychological Evaluations: $800-$1,000
    • Independent Psychological Evaluations for Veterans (VA DBQ Form): $600
    • USCIS N-648 Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions: $600-$800
  • Relationship and Anger Management Coaching (60 minutes session): $120-$150
  • Clinical Consultation: $210-350/per hour based on the specific nature of the service requested.
  • Telephone Consultation (prorated per 15 minutes): $60
  • Letter or Report Writing (prorated per 15 minutes): $60

 

Forms of payment accepted include credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). You will be advised on how to access your bill through your Patient Portal.
