  • Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation including ADHD diagnostic assessment: $3,500-$5,000
  • ADHD Screening: $1,500
  • Private School Admission Testing (Cognitive): $600
  • Psychoeducation (Cognitive and Achievement): $1,200
  • Immigration Psychological Evaluations: $800-$1,000
  • Independent Psychological Evaluations for Veterans (VA DBQ Form): $600
  • USCIS N-648 Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions: $600-$800
• Relationship and Anger Management Coaching (60 minutes session): $120-$150
• Clinical Consultation: $210-350/per hour based on the specific nature of the service requested.
• Telephone Consultation (prorated per 15 minutes): $60
• Letter or Report Writing (prorated per 15 minutes): $60
