Job Description

Serenity serves families navigating some of the hardest transitions in their lives. Immigration. Intergenerational conflict. The invisible weight of trauma carried from one country to another. We need a family therapist who understands that culture is not a footnote in the clinical picture. It is a picture.

What you will do

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Work with multigenerational immigrant families, couples in crisis, and individuals navigating family systems stress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists and social workers

What we are looking for

  • Active LCMFT licensure in Maryland. DC and VA preferred.
  • Experience with multicultural or immigrant populations a significant asset
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged

Schedule

Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends
(based on your avaliabilitiy)
